  • I'm ready to work! How do we start?
    I'd love to work with you! Fill out my client intake form, and I'll reach out to schedule a complimentary 15 minute call. During our call, we will see if I'm a good fit for your website and brand needs.
  • What do you need from me?
    Homework - You'll complete a questionnaire and additional assignments. Content - You'll be preparing text and sending over professional photos that are both needed. Communication - We'll be in touch throughout the branding process.
  • Is a deposit required?
    Templates do not require a deposit. You can pay in full, or pay in 4! A deposit is required for all custom projects. The payment is 50/25/25. Deposits are 50% of the total cost, and are due on the day you book to reserve a start date. 25% of the total cost is due on the start date of your branding project, which is usually 1 to 2 months later from the day you book. The remaining 25% is due upon the estimated completion date of your project.
  • What will the turnaround time be on my project?
    Turnaround times can be anywhere from 2 to 10 weeks depending on your package combination. We will discuss estimated completion times and deadlines for deliverables before we begin.
  • How will we communicate during my project?
    I prefer email. There are so many changes that take place during the process, and I can keep tabs on it all in a simple email thread. However, if we need to schedule a time to chat, we can always hop on a call and I'll take notes too. :-)
  • Will I be able to make updates to my site once completed?
    Once the design is complete, I transfer the web design over to you so you have full control. We will complete a one-hour "how-to" session. If you ever need updates or a website revamp in the future, and you feel that the revisions are a little too complex, I can give you a custom quote based on the changes that need to be made.
  • How many drafts and revisions do I receive?
    While in the creative process, three rounds of revisions are allowed for every project. After the included revisions, additional revisions will be based on my hourly rate of $150/hr.
  • What formats will I receive for my deliverables?
    Websites will be transferred solely through the Wix platform. Logos are delivered in JPEG, PNG, PDF & EPS formats.
  • We're in the middle of my project. Can I cancel?
    Oh no! Deposits are non-refundable. If we have started design work for your brand, I will review the work that has been completed so far, and you will be invoiced at my hourly rate of $150/hr.
