Briana White Creative, LLC reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services due to lack of communication, breach of agreement, or inappropriate conduct.

Return & Refund Policy
Due to the customized and digital nature of our services, all sales are final.

• Payments and deposits are non-refundable

• No refunds will be issued once a project has started

• If a project is canceled by the client after work has begun, no partial refunds will be provided

If Briana White Creative, LLC is unable to complete a project due to unforeseen circumstances, a fair resolution may be offered on a case-by-case basis.

Copyright & Usage Policy
All content, designs, graphics, logos, text, images, and materials on this website are the intellectual property of Briana White Creative, LLC, unless otherwise stated.

Upon project completion and full payment, clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the final delivered designs for their intended business purposes. Ownership of original concepts, drafts, working files, and unused designs remains with Briana White Creative, LLC unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Briana White Creative, LLC retains the right to display completed work in portfolios, on this website, and across social media and marketing platforms.
